MelodyWing™ - 18 Series
MelodyWing™ SP is an advanced, wireless audio solution that offers uncompressed, wire-equivalent sound quality for use in both home theater surround sound and multi-room audio broadcasting applications. MelodyWing SP Smart Channel selection feature automatically selects un-congested, world-wide ISM radio bands, at both 2.4 and 5 GHz, to avoid interference with other wireless equipment and realize pop-free sound effects. Two standard digital audio interfaces, S/PDIF and I²S, offer flexibility to support various existing and future consumer electronic audio/video products such as HDTVs, home theaters, set-top boxes, headsets, game consoles, home gateways, multimedia PCs.
Board-level products based on MelodyWing SP are optimized for fast OEM design-in or convenient after-market installation. The embedded SuperFlash® memory provides easy firmware upgrades, effortless product customization, and reliable user-security protection.
