NAND Flash Disk Controllers - 55 Series
SST’s 55 Series NAND Flash Disk Controllers provide designers with the maximum simplification of the interface between the host system’s bus and NAND flash media. The NAND Flash Disk Controller performs bad block management, bit error detection and correction, and flash media wear leveling -- all at maximum data throughput. These integrated controllers enable creation of NAND-based mass data storage products, removable or embedded, such as ATA-Disk Chips (ADC), ATA-Disk Modules (ADM), CompactFlash cards and small form factor solid state drives.

FlashFlex® Microcontrollers - 89 Series
The FlashFlex family includes embedded flash microcontroller products, which use the same powerful instruction set, have the same architecture, and are pin-for-pin compatible with standard 8xC5x microcontroller devices.
